Tee Hee Patch: Lilo

Ok, since my first plan to contribute Ariel to the tee hee patch came apart pretty fast (Ariel was the first one that was submitted ) I did Lilo as kind of a long shot.
If somebody already claimed Lilo before me and is still in the process of finishing the pic: Sorry, didn't mean to butt in! >.<;
I tried my hands on water colors again (and this time with waterproof outlines too! <__<' ) because I felt like it, I haven't used them in a long time (shows! u.u') and Lilo & Stitch was the first Disney movie in a while to have watercolored backgrounds, so there was a nice connection.
